Experience with Shainghi tunnel?

I have a small group of older teenagers that want to do a ghost tour. Has anybody been to the Shainghi Tunnel downtown? Is it appropriate for teenagers? Other suggestions?

NOT a ghost tour

These tours are absolutely reasonable for teenagers. However, not a ghost tour. They are far more educational.
