reasonable rent in the pearl?

I am wondering if anybody knows of a controlled income apartment complex in the pearl district that isn't seedy? I want to get my son into an apartment down there while he goes to the Art Institute... I DON'T want to buy him a car!

It has been a couple years... but check out Pearl Court. 14th and Kearney. Perfect for a student. $435 a month for a studio apartment. walking or skating or biking distance from Art Institute. Like i said... it's been a couple years... but I am sure it's still a good deal. Clean, next to a park, and nothing sketchy that i ever heard of.
